This kit is Tamiya's 1 35 churchill. I was my first ever 1 35 scale tank and I did really enjoy it. I painted it using humbrol enamels. It was then weathered with GW washes, the mud was done with a brown acrylic. Finally, I tried some chipping with AK interactives chipping colour and a silver acrylic.

The figure was painted with acrylics too.

After doing a bit of research into basecraft scenics, after reading a post about them in Adesails WIP, I decided to order 9 pots (I got one free as well). I ordered a range of static grasses, lichen, scatter and finally some leaves. The leaves were fantastic, really wish they were a bit smaller for 1 72 though. They came in little pots, they repot woodland scenics into smaller tubs. If you work out the price, they are probably more expensive, but you can get more variety of items for the same price of two bags of woodland scencis. I may do a more detailed review next weekend.

Overall I was really pleased how this came out, really good that it was free too Very Happy I also think the groundworks turned out good, as there is lots of variety.
