The link below is to a page on the Diego Quijano site, which covers all the basics of building. There is always one or two things we can learn, no matter how much we think we know.
Have a look, it might give you some handy tips.

Sounds good to me Josh, I'm sure we could all share our findings and modelling tips with each other, and that would be a good little development in the forum. Good idea!
